Tourist eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Iraq

Tourist eSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Iraq. All of the plans labelled “Unlimited Data” give a fixed high‑speed allowance that resets daily—2 GB per day for the Global‑wide plans and 3 GB per day for the Middle East & North Africa‑specific plans—after which speed is throttled to 2000 kbps or 1000 kbps, respectively.

Travelers who need more data can choose from the fixed‑amount plans that Tourist eSIM offers, such as the Global (100+ countries) • 100 GB • 180 days plan, the Global (120+ countries) • 80 GB • 365 days plan, or the Global (100+ countries) • 50 GB • 30 days plan. These options give larger, capped data allowances without a daily reset.

Tourist eSIM does not offer any plan for Iraq that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIMs are available for travelers visiting Iraq. Travelers who need voice or messaging can use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may block or restrict these services, so it is advisable to verify that the VoIP apps you rely on are accessible in Iraq before purchasing a Tourist eSIM plan.

Tourist eSIM offers 14 single‑country data plans that cover only Iraq, along with 77 multi‑country plans that include Iraq as part of a broader regional coverage package. The single‑country selections vary from a few dollars for 1 GB up to several hundred dollars for 100 GB, while the multi‑country options span the same price and data ranges, though some packages may provide higher data caps or longer validity periods for a group of countries. All plans are sold in USD, with validity ranging from a single day to a full year, and include both fixed‑data‑cap and daily‑data‑cap structures.
