Wiiline eSIM Data Plans for Iraq

Wiiline does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Iraq. The plans that carry the “Unlimited Data” label give 2GB per day at 4G/5G speeds and then throttle the connection to 1 Mbps after the daily limit is reached, so the data allowance is not unlimited.

Travelers who need a larger high‑speed data allocation can choose fixed data plans instead. For example, Wiiline offers a Global 101 Countries 30 days plan that includes 100GB of data at 5G speeds, and a Middle East 15 Countries 30 days plan that also provides 100GB at 5G. These fixed plans must be used within the validity period but can be more cost‑effective for users who do not require unlimited data.

Wiiline does not provide any eSIM plans for Iraq that include a phone number or SMS capability. The provider offers only data‑only eSIMs for that country.

Travelers who need voice or text can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection, but they should confirm that these services are accessible in Iraq before purchasing, as some destinations may block or restrict certain VoIP services.

Wiiline offers 16 single‑country plans and 81 multi‑country plans that can be used in Iraq. The plans range in price from roughly $3.00 to $195.00 and in data limits from 490 MB up to 100 GB, with validity periods spanning from one day to one year. Users can choose between daily‑cap plans, which reset each day, and fixed‑data‑cap plans, which provide a set amount of data for the entire validity; a few plans also allow tethering and may offer reduced speeds in certain cases.
