RoamGo eSIM Data Plans for Jordan

No, RoamGo does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Jordan. Their “Unlimited” plans actually deliver a specific amount of high‑speed data each day and then switch to a throttled speed of 384 kbps once that daily quota is reached.

Travelers looking for a fixed data solution can choose options such as the Global Unlimited 1 GB/day · 7 days plan, which offers 1 GB of high‑speed data daily for seven days and then reduced speed afterward, or the Jordan 20 GB 30 days plan that provides a 20 GB data allowance for 30 days with no speed reduction. These fixed data plans can be a more cost‑effective choice for most users.

RoamGo does not provide eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability for Jordan; only data‑only plans are available from this provider. Travelers can use the purchased data to connect with VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage for voice and text communications.

Because these applications rely on data rather than traditional telephony, they are generally accessible in Jordan, but destinations sometimes block or limit certain VoIP services. Travelers should confirm that the apps they need to use are supported in Jordan before purchasing a RoamGo data‑only plan.

RoamGo provides a total of 92 data plans for travelers in Jordan, split into 36 single‑country offerings and 56 multi‑country options. The plans vary from micro packages with 500 MB of data for a few dollars to annual bundles up to 20 GB for around $517.50. Some plans use a fixed data cap, while others offer daily data limits. Additional features available on certain plans include tethering and reduced speed options of 512, 1000, 500, and 384 kbps.
