Nomad does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Latvia.

Nomad does not provide a Latvian eSIM that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. The available plans are data‑only, so you cannot receive or send text messages directly through the eSIM. If you need messaging or calling, you can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection.
