Truly awful 3G speed on strong 5G towers in Amsterdam. I have excellent signal strength on my device, yet somehow my 300GB Europe eSIM from Airhub consistently produces 3Mpbs down and up. This strongly suggests rate limiting. Over several days it's like this with the only advice from Airhub support to restart the device, which does nothing.

I paid for e esim but never got it. It looks like a scam. No support possible.

I bought 10 days unlimited for 30USD. After 1.5 day - no internet.
I sent the message to Support via my e-mail - no reply.
I tried to send the message to Support - via Airhubapp website - but the forms constructed in such way it cannot be submitted. (When I push submit button - nothing happened). After 10 attempts to contact to Support - I gave up.
Airhub does provide unlimited data eSIM plans for the Netherlands. Their unlimited offerings cover validity periods from 1 day up to 30 days, with prices ranging from about $2 for a 1‑day plan to $50 for a 30‑day plan. The data is available at 4G or 5G speeds, but the company’s terms note that speed may be throttled after heavy usage under a Fair Usage Policy. Travelers who want to know the exact amount of data that will remain at normal speed or whether a throttling cut‑off applies should contact Airhub directly for clarification.
Airhub does not provide any eSIM plan for the Netherlands that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. All of Airhub’s Netherlands offerings are data‑only plans, so travelers will not receive a native calling number or the ability to send or receive text messages via the network.
Users who need voice or messaging can rely on VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage, which work over the data connection provided by the eSIM.
Airhub has 11 single‑country eSIM plans and 26 multi‑country plans that cover the Netherlands. The plans vary in price from about $2.00 to $50.00 and in data allowance from 1 GB up to unlimited. Some plans include a fixed data amount, while others impose a daily data cap, but both types are available across the options.
