The esim worked great. It provided great connectivity where ever we went and great speeds too. The esim worked as soon as the flight landed and gave no problems throughout the trip.

10gb sim used across Europe. Worked great for 10 days, then suddenly the speed just dropped to 40kbps despite still showing 5G.
Customer service non-existant. No response to live chat or useful info online so had to buy another sim from jetpac.

Unlimited tariff downloading speed is extreemly low! description say speed 4G/5G without trottling but after 30 gigabites i have only 1,72 mbits/s
support answer - that its norm speed ! you cnt download nothing with that! its waste of money and time(((

Airhub is a scam! DO NOT use it! It does not work at all in Belgium. I couldn't get the signal at all!

Totally not recommended!
I fell victim to a scam by Global Yo in October 2024, came here warn others not to make the same mistake. They market the data as "limitless".But it's only 1GB a day that has a decent speed after that drops to about 0.15 Mb/S. Look for the little 'i' when reading the brochure.
Thanks esimdb for recommending it to me!

Pretty good experience overall, the internet breakouts mentioned in their data plan are accurate. One issue I encountered was when switching between network it takes a minutes to few minutes to get a connection back.
With approximately 100 providers and over 5400 prepaid data plans available for Belgium, there is a wide variety of options, making it easy for travelers to find an eSIM that suits their needs.
Unlimited‑data eSIM options are available for Belgium from several providers. The overall price band for these plans runs from about $0.00 with Firsty’s single‑day offering to roughly $29.88 with Truely’s longest 7‑day option. Most of the plans allow tethering but indicate that speeds may be throttled; a few specify explicit speed caps such as 256 kbps for Firsty or 5 Mbps for Yoho Mobile and abesteSIM. In addition to the basic “unlimited” designation, network coverage differs—providers advertise 4G, 5G, LTE, and in some cases 3G support. Travelers looking for a truly unrestricted data experience should review the specific plan durations and speed constraints to ensure they match their usage needs.
Proximus: "Belgium's largest telecommunications company, offering extensive mobile coverage and services."
Orange Belgium: "A major operator providing comprehensive mobile services and coverage across the country."
BASE: "A significant mobile network operator known for its competitive services and nationwide coverage."
In addition to these major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Belgium hosts several Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs). MVNOs offer mobile services by leasing access from major carriers. Notable local MVNOs include Mobile Vikings and Telenet. However, it's important to note that most travel eSIMs rely on MNO infrastructure, not MVNOs.
Yes, travel eSIM plans that include a phone number and SMS capability are available for Belgium. Airalo offers local Belgian numbers (dialing code +32) with voice calls and inbound/outbound SMS and data packages ranging from 5 GB to 20 GB for 30 days, priced from about $12.50 to $28.50. Roamify supplies Belgian‑destination eSIMs that feature a number with a foreign dialing code +33 (France), also allowing inbound/outbound voice and SMS, with data plans from 15 GB to 100 GB for 30 days and prices from roughly $15 to $50. Both providers give you a full phone number that can be used while in Belgium, so you can receive SMS and make calls over the data connection during your stay.
