eSIMzio eSIM Data Plans for Netherlands

eSIMzio does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for the Netherlands. The plans that carry “Unlimited” in their name actually offer a fixed daily allowance of 3GB data for Netherlands‑only plans, with the speed reduced to 1 Mbps after that daily cap is reached, and a 5GB daily cap for Europe‑wide unlimited plans with the same throttling.

Instead, travelers can choose from a range of fixed data plans that give larger, non‑throttled allowances, such as the 50GB plan valid for 30 days or the 100GB plan valid for 180 days. These fixed data plans are typically more cost‑effective for users who need higher data volumes without the daily speed reduction.

eSIMzio does not provide a Netherlands eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider offers only data‑only plans, so travelers will not receive a local number for calling or for standard SMS. However, users can still make voice and text communications over the data connection using VoIP services such as WhatsApp or Telegram. Note that some destinations may restrict access to particular apps, so it is advisable to verify that the services you rely on are available in Netherlands before completing a purchase.

The eSIMzio catalogue lists 15 single‑country plans and 53 multi‑country plans that include coverage for the Netherlands. These plans cover a price range from $2.03 to $228.34 and a data cap range from 200 MB to 100 GB, offering both fixed data amount and daily cap options to suit different usage needs.
