Simology eSIM Data Plans for Puerto Rico

Simology does not offer a truly unlimited data eSIM for Puerto Rico. All of its plans for the destination have a fixed data allowance that must be used within a set validity period. For example, the “eSIM PR, 50 GB, 30 days” plan gives 50 GB of high‑speed data for 30 days, and the “eSIM PR, 20 GB, 30 days” plan provides 20 GB for the same period. These fixed data plans can be more cost‑effective for most travelers, while the “Unlimited”‑named plans actually provide 1 GB per day and then throttle speed to 1 Mbps after the daily limit is reached.

Simology does not provide a Puerto Rico eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers who need voice or text services can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should verify that these services are accessible in Puerto Rico before purchasing a plan.

Simology offers 13 single‑country plans and 26 multi‑country plans for Puerto Rico. The available plans range in price from about $3.48 to $182.64 and provide data caps between 1 GB and 50 GB. Some plans use a fixed data amount, while others apply a daily data cap, giving travelers flexibility depending on their usage patterns.
