Nomad eSIM Data Plans for Balkans countries

Nomad does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for the Balkans. All current Balkans plans are limited, with the largest offering 20 GB for 30 days at $55.00 USD. Other available options include 10 GB for 30 days at $39.00 USD and 5 GB for 30 days at $25.00 USD. These examples illustrate the fixed‑data plan range but are only a subset of the plans Nomad offers.

Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective unless you are an extremely heavy data user who would otherwise exceed the cap. Each plan’s validity and data allowance should be compared to your anticipated usage to determine the best fit.

Nomad does not provide an eSIM plan for the Balkans that includes a phone number or SMS service. Only data‑only eSIMs are available for that region. Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage for voice calls and instant messaging, as these services work over the data connection.

Nomad offers a Regional Balkans plan that covers all eight Balkan nations in the approved list—Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Kosovo—as well as a Regional Global plan that covers the same eight countries minus Kosovo.
