Nomad does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for the Balkans. Travelers can choose from fixed‑data options such as the Regional Balkans 30‑Day – 20 GB plan priced at $55.00 USD or the 10 GB variant for $39.00 USD. These plans allow tethering and cover Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo, and five additional countries. Selecting a fixed data plan can be more economical unless a user expects very high data consumption, in which case a larger data allowance may be preferable.

Nomad does not provide a Balkans eSIM plan that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Travelers can only purchase data‑only eSIMs for the Balkans from this provider. For voice communication and messaging, users can rely on popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage, which operate over the data connection.
