Airalo eSIM Data Plans for Latin America (LATAM)

Airalo does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Latin America (LATAM). All plans labeled “Unlimited” allocate 3 GB per day, after which the speed is throttled to 1000 kbps. For travelers who need more data without a daily cap, Airalo offers fixed‑data options, such as the 20 GB plan valid for 15 days or 30 days and the 10 GB plan valid for 7 days. These plans may be more cost‑effective for moderate usage, but they are not unlimited.

Airalo does not provide Latin America (LATAM) eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. All LATAM eSIMs sold through Airalo are data‑only and can only be used for internet access.

For travelers who need to communicate, popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage work over the data connection and allow calls and messaging without a local phone number or SMS service.
