iRoamly does not provide any unlimited data eSIM plans for Rwanda. All of its Rwanda offerings are fixed data plans. For example, the Rwanda‑eSIM‑2GB‑1 Day‑Daily plan offers 2GB of data for 1 day and the Rwanda‑eSIM‑2GB‑3 Days‑Daily plan provides 2GB per day for 3 days. These plans illustrate the high‑data allowances available, but they are not unlimited. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost effective for most travelers unless an extremely heavy data consumer requires an unlimited option.

iRoamly does not offer any eSIM plans in Rwanda that include a local phone number or SMS capability.
