Yatelo eSIM Data Plans for Rwanda

Yatelo does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Rwanda. All of its plans for the country have a fixed data cap. Plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their name still contain a 3GB or 2GB cap; once the cap is reached the speed drops to a reduced rate of 1000kbps for the 3GB plans and 384kbps for the 2GB 30‑day plan.

Instead, Yatelo offers fixed‑data options that offer higher allowances at reasonable prices. For example, a 20GB 30‑day plan costs $41.76 USD, a 10GB 30‑day plan is $29.69 USD, and a 5GB 30‑day plan is $15.75 USD. These plans give full‑speed data up to their respective limits, after which the connection is throttled. Choosing a higher‑capacity plan can be more cost‑effective for travelers who need more than a few gigabytes of data during their stay in Rwanda.

Yatelo does not provide eSIM plans for Rwanda that include a phone number or SMS service. Travelers can purchase only data‑only eSIMs from Yatelo for Rwanda, and can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection to make calls and send messages.
