Astaroam eSIM Data Plans for Saudi Arabia

Astaroam does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Saudi Arabia. The plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their name actually give a daily data allowance—3 GB per day or 2 GB per day—and once that limit is reached the speed is throttled to 1000 kbps.

Travelers who need more data can choose Astaroam’s fixed data plans, such as the 20 GB 30‑day plan or the 10 GB 30‑day plan, which offer larger total data volumes without a daily cap or speed reduction. These fixed plans are often more cost‑effective for most users.

Astaroam does not provide a Saudi Arabia eSIM plan that includes a phone number or SMS capability.
Only data‑only eSIMs are offered for Saudi Arabia, so travelers must rely on VoIP applications—such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage—for voice and messaging over the network. Those apps typically work over the data connection, but usage may be limited or blocked by local restrictions; it is advisable to confirm that the apps you need are accessible in Saudi Arabia before purchasing a plan.

Astaroam offers 13 single‑country plans and 13 multi‑country plans for Saudi Arabia. The tariff options run from about $3.59 to $39.93, with data caps ranging from 1 GB to 20 GB. Plans are available in two formats: a daily data‑cap option, found in 11 plans, limits the amount of data that can be used each day, and a fixed‑data‑cap option, found in 15 plans, which provides a total data allowance that can be consumed over the plan’s validity period.
