Travelers who wish to confirm the details of the Fair Usage Policy or the typical amount of data that remains at normal speed should contact MTX Connect directly.

MTX Connect does not provide an eSIM for Saudi Arabia that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Their Saudi Arabia offerings are strictly data‑only plans. Travelers who wish to communicate while in Saudi Arabia can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may block or restrict specific VoIP services, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps a user relies on are accessible in Saudi Arabia before purchasing a plan.
