Lumbus eSIM Data Plans for Slovenia

Lumbus does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Slovenia.
All available plans have a hard data cap, either a fixed daily allowance of 3GB or a set amount of high‑speed data such as 50GB or 100GB for a specified validity period. The “Unlimited” name on some plans only means that after the daily allowance is used the speed is throttled to 1000kbps; it does not grant unlimited high‑speed data.

If you need a large amount of data, Lumbus offers fixed‑data plans such as 100GB for 180 days or 50GB for 30, 90, or 180 days, as well as daily 3GB plans that can be purchased for 3, 7, 14, or 30 days. These plans provide clear limits and a predictable pricing structure.

Lumbus does not offer a Slovenia eSIM plan that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider’s Slovenia eSIMs are data‑only. Travelers who need to make voice calls or send text messages can typically use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but some destinations may restrict access to certain apps or services, so it is advisable to verify that the apps you rely on are available in Slovenia before purchasing a plan.

Lumbus provides a mix of single‑country and multi‑country eSIM offerings for travelers in Slovenia. The provider lists 11 single‑country plans that cover Slovenia alone and 56 multi‑country plans that include Slovenia as part of a broader regional bundle. Across all of its plans Lumbus offers a range of pricing from roughly USD 1.99 to USD 140.99, with data caps between 1 GB and 100 GB and validity periods spanning one to 365 days. Lumbus’ product portfolio contains both fixed‑data plans (55 in total) and daily‑cap plans (12 in total), and many of its plans support tethering and reduced speed options at 500 kbit/s, 384 kbit/s or 1000 kbit/s.
