Avoid by any means. Very bad user experience. eSIMs stop work in a random time before data or days exceeded (for example on 13 day of 30 days plan), no refund from company.
3rd class experience. The calling option never worked. Reached out to customer care and they had no idea about the plan purchased here. Save your money and buy something else.
This is an update of my review. In the end I did receive the eSIM via the support chat.
Fraud, payment was accepted but eSIM was not shown. They wrote in the support chat that they sent it to the email address (where the receipt was received), and after a while stopped replying
I bought an Airhub eSim through this site, the payment was done immediately and I got a receipt to my mail but they didn't send me the eSIM details nor the QR code and said that I need to pay for the sim. After many emails still didn't get the esim. DON'T BUY AIRHUB ESIM.
Its a scam.
As I seen Airhub and I purchased the Thailand eSIM and it works good and there is no disturbance in the middle and the customer support is also very good and I will use the same product by going forward.
I opened the website of eSIMdb and I found Airhub and I buy an eSIM of Thailand Plan and it was awesome here the default is customer service is low rest and all fine.
The setup process for AirHub was straightforward, and I am pleased to report that it performed well during my recent two-week vacation in Thailand. Upon my arrival, I deactivated my primary data and effortlessly transitioned to the eSIM data, which worked flawlessly throughout my entire trip. I encountered no problems with the service, and I am already making plans to use AirHub again for any future excursions on my itinerary.
I bought Esim from Airhub for a trip to Thailand, and it worked perfectly. I'm really happy with how simple it was to setup and have it working. Surely use this for upcoming trips.
Airhub does not currently offer an unlimited data eSIM for Thailand. Travelers can choose from fixed‑data plans instead, such as the Thailand 500GB 7days plan priced at $8.21 USD or the Thailand 60GB 10days plan at $9.09 USD. These options provide substantial data allowances and a well‑defined validity period. Selecting a fixed‑data plan can be more cost effective for most users, unless a traveller requires very high data consumption that would justify an unlimited option.
Airhub does not offer a Thailand eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The company only sells data‑only eSIM plans in Thailand, so devices cannot receive or send native cell phone SMS or make calls by the traditional mobile number.
Travelers who need messaging or voice services can use popular VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection, allowing them to communicate without a local phone number.
Airhub offers 11 single‑country plans dedicated to Thailand and 15 multi‑country plans that include Thailand. Prices across all Airhub plans range from $1 to $68, with data caps spanning from 200 MB to 500 GB; validity lasts between 3 and 30 days depending on the specific choice.
