3rd class experience. The calling option never worked. Reached out to customer care and they had no idea about the plan purchased here. Save your money and buy something else.
This is an update of my review. In the end I did receive the eSIM via the support chat.
Fraud, payment was accepted but eSIM was not shown. They wrote in the support chat that they sent it to the email address (where the receipt was received), and after a while stopped replying
I bought an Airhub eSim through this site, the payment was done immediately and I got a receipt to my mail but they didn't send me the eSIM details nor the QR code and said that I need to pay for the sim. After many emails still didn't get the esim. DON'T BUY AIRHUB ESIM.
Its a scam.
As I seen Airhub and I purchased the Thailand eSIM and it works good and there is no disturbance in the middle and the customer support is also very good and I will use the same product by going forward.
I opened the website of eSIMdb and I found Airhub and I buy an eSIM of Thailand Plan and it was awesome here the default is customer service is low rest and all fine.
The setup process for AirHub was straightforward, and I am pleased to report that it performed well during my recent two-week vacation in Thailand. Upon my arrival, I deactivated my primary data and effortlessly transitioned to the eSIM data, which worked flawlessly throughout my entire trip. I encountered no problems with the service, and I am already making plans to use AirHub again for any future excursions on my itinerary.
I bought Esim from Airhub for a trip to Thailand, and it worked perfectly. I'm really happy with how simple it was to setup and have it working. Surely use this for upcoming trips.
Worked great, with clear instructions for activation and a good price! Coverage as good as can be expected with AIS.
Got automated spam message (insult in Chinese) to the associated phone number though (most likely randomly sent to different numbers, as I hadn't shared the number anywhere) -- If this happens to you, just DON'T REPLY!
Airhub offers unlimited data eSIM plans for Thailand. The Thailand Unlimited 7Days plan is priced at $10.90 USD and is valid for 7 days, while the Thailand Unlimited 10Days plan costs $11.50 USD and is valid for 10 days. Both plans support 4G and 5G networks and come with a fair‑usage policy, meaning speeds may be reduced after heavy usage. Travelers who are concerned about potential speed restrictions should contact Airhub directly to confirm whether a fair‑usage policy applies and the typical amount of data available at normal speed.
Airhub does not offer a Thailand eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The company only sells data‑only eSIM plans in Thailand, so devices cannot receive or send native cell phone SMS or make calls by the traditional mobile number.
Travelers who need messaging or voice services can use popular VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection, allowing them to communicate without a local phone number.
Airhub provides 13 single‑country data plans for Thailand and 14 multi‑country plans that include Thailand. The available options range from about $0.85 to $68 and from 1 GB of data up to unlimited usage. The single‑country plans give travelers a fixed data allowance for a set period, while some multi‑country packages allow the data to be shared across several destinations with a cumulative cap, though all are subject to possible throttling.
