I thought it's a large company but they never got back to me regarding the age limit issue. The network quality has been horrible too, even disconnections while i was navigating.
I've now bought and used 30-40 eSIMs in various countries and some are better than others. But by far, Airhub is the WORST. Did not work at all in some countries that were advertised (Canada/Monaco) and customer support was a bang-your-head against-a-wall situation.
I purchased my Esim and it give me my Qrcode afterwards. I tried sending them an email but there was no reply. Also, I tried their chat on their website it they replied but didnt give me a QRcode still.
we bought esim, we received payment receipt through email and didn't receive QR code. they are asking to log in and it never allows us to log in.. complete scam..I recommend esimdb to remove this scam company from list. DONT BUY!!!!
SIM simply did not work in Singapore and support was non existent!!
tried to get me to use their portal which wanted me to accept cookies without information on them, a real no no.
SIM supplied for UK was not as advertised connected to EE not O2.
Will not be using them again!
