Bought an eSIM with 10GB of data from GIGAGO but it's actually provided by iTel, a Vinaphone MVNO in Vietnam. It's a local connectivity, not a typical roaming eSIM, and both the speed and latency are quite good. Although setting up the APN for personal hotspot was a bit of a hassle, overall, I am very satisfied and can recommend it.
