Astaroam eSIM Data Plans for Armenia

Astaroam does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Armenia. The plans that carry the name “Unlimited” actually give 3 GB per day and, once that daily amount is reached, the speed is reduced to 1000 kbps. Therefore, the data is capped and not unlimited.

If you need a larger data allowance, Astaroam offers fixed data plans such as 10 GB for 30 days, 5 GB for 30 days, 3 GB for 15 days, and 3 GB for 30 days. These plans provide a set amount of high‑speed data that must be used within the validity period and can be more cost‑effective for most travelers unless you are an extremely heavy data user.

Astaroam does not provide an eSIM for Armenia that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider only offers data‑only plans for this destination.

Travelers who need voice or messaging can use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection. However, some services may be blocked or restricted in Armenia, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps you rely on are accessible before purchasing an Astaroam plan.

Astaroam offers 10 single‑country data plans for Armenia, with no multi‑country options available. The plans cover a price range from about $2.22 to $31.90 and provide data caps between 1 GB and 10 GB, with validity periods that vary from 3 to 30 days. Within these offerings, four plans feature daily data caps while the remaining six provide fixed data amounts for the entire validity period. Some plans also allow tethering and impose a reduced speed limit of 1000 kbps.
