eSimpli eSIM Data Plans for Belgium

No, eSimpli does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Belgium. Even the plans that bear the word “unlimited” in their name offer a data cap of 1 GB per day; after that quota is reached, high‑speed data is throttled to 1250 kbps.

Travelers who need a larger, unthrottled data allowance can opt for fixed data plans. For example, eSimpli offers a 50 GB data plan valid for 30 days and a 20 GB plan also valid for 30 days, both with full‑speed data until the total allowance is used. Fixed data plans are usually more cost‑effective unless the user expects to consume data well beyond these amounts.

eSimpli does not provide Belgium eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM options are available for travelers heading to Belgium.

If a travel plan without a local number is acceptable, eSimpli’s data‑only eSIM can be used to access VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage for calls and messaging. Although these apps usually work over the data connection, some destinations may block or restrict certain VoIP services, so travelers should check that the apps they rely on are accessible in Belgium before purchasing an eSIM.

eSimpli provides 9 single-country data plans and 25 multi‑country plans that include Belgium, for a total of 34 plans available. The plans range in price from about $5.68 to $110.05 and offer data caps between 1 GB and 50 GB, with validity periods spanning 5 to 30 days. Among the plans, 15 feature a daily data‑cap model while 19 offer a fixed data‑cap structure, enabling users to choose between predictable daily limits and a larger, lump‑sum data allocation. The selection also includes options that allow tethering and, in some cases, reduced speeds of 1250 kbps.
