AirPlans does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for China. All of its plans that contain “Unlimited” in the name have a specific data allowance followed by a reduced speed once that allowance is reached.

The provider offers large fixed‑data plans that may suit heavy‑usage travelers. For example, the China Unlimited 5 Days plan gives 30 GB of high‑speed data for 5 days before throttling to 2 Mbps, and the China 100 GB 30 Days plan delivers 100 GB of unlimited high‑speed data over a 30‑day period.
