BetterRoaming currently does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for China.
Travelers who need data in China can instead choose from fixed‑data plans that the provider offers. For example, the Local China – 30 Days – 20 GB plan costs $41.99 USD, the Local China – 30 Days – 10 GB plan costs $21.99 USD, and the Local China – 30 Days – 5 GB plan costs $11.99 USD. These plans give 30 days of coverage within China and can be more cost‑effective for most travelers, unless extremely heavy data usage is required.

BetterRoaming does not provide an eSIM for China that includes a phone number, inbound or outbound voice calling, or SMS messaging. Only data‑only eSIM plans are available for China through BetterRoaming.

Travelers who need to make voice or text contacts can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. Some destinations may block or restrict certain VoIP services, so it is advisable to check that the applications you rely on work in China before purchasing an eSIM.
