FootySIMs does not provide a genuinely unlimited data eSIM for China. The only plan that carries the “Unlimited” name actually offers 1GB of high‑speed data per day; after that limit is reached the speed drops to 512kbps. If you need more data without daily caps, FootySIMs offers fixed‑data alternatives such as a 10GB plan valid for 30 days priced at $57.82 USD, or a 1GB plan for 7 days at $7.32 USD. These fixed plans can be more cost effective for most travelers unless you expect extremely heavy data use.

FootySIMs does not provide a China eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are available for use in China. Travelers can still use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection for voice calls and messaging.
