Halo eSIM eSIM Data Plans for China

Halo eSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for China. The plans that carry the “Unlimited” label give 3 GB of high‑speed data each day for the chosen validity period, and after that data is used the speed is throttled to 1 Mbps for the remainder of the day. That daily allowance is a hard limit, not an unlimited data supply.

Travelers looking for larger data bundles can choose Halo eSIM’s fixed data plans, such as the 50 GB/30‑day plan or the 20 GB/30‑day plan, which provide a larger high‑speed data allowance for a fixed validity period. These plans are cost‑effective for most users who do not require extremely heavy data consumption.

Halo eSIM does not provide a China eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider only offers data‑only plans for China. Travelers who need voice or messaging can use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should verify that these services are accessible in China before purchasing, as some destinations may block or restrict certain apps.

Halo eSIM offers 10 single‑country data plans and 20 multi‑country data plans that include China. Some of the plans provide a fixed data allowance, while others offer a daily data cap. Prices for the available plans range from about $3.29 to $70.06, and data limits span from 1 GB to 50 GB.
