MyTravel eSIM eSIM Data Plans for China

No, MyTravel eSIM does not provide any unlimited data eSIM for China. All plans listed for the destination have a hard data cap. For example, the China 50GB 30Days plan offers 50GB of data for 30 days, and the China 50GB 180Days plan offers the same 50GB for 180 days. A smaller option is the China 20GB 30Days plan with 20GB for 30 days.

Users who need a large data allowance can choose one of these fixed data plans. Selecting a fixed plan may be more cost effective for most travelers, unless a user consumes data at an extremely high rate and prefers to pay only for the data actually used.

MyTravel eSIM does not provide a phone number or SMS service for China; only data‑only eSIM plans are available for that destination.
Travelers who need voice or messaging in China can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but these services may be subject to local restrictions. It is advisable to confirm that the apps required for communication remain accessible in China before purchasing a plan.
