Roamix eSIM Data Plans for China

Roamix does not currently provide an unlimited data eSIM for China. Their offerings are fixed data plans, each with a set data cap and validity period. For example, Roamix sells a China 50GB 30 days plan for $56.90 USD and a China 50GB 180 days plan for $72.65 USD, both allowing tethering and covering 5G within mainland China. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for most travelers, unless one is an extremely heavy data user and requires truly unlimited bandwidth.

Roamix does not offer a China eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider sells only data‑only plans for China, so travelers will not receive an outbound or inbound voice or text service through the eSIM.

Users can still communicate over the internet by using VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage on the data connection, but some destinations may block or restrict access to particular apps or services. Travelers should verify that the applications they need are reachable in China before buying a plan.

Roamix provides a range of data plans for travelers in China, including both single‑country and multi‑country options. In total, there are 238 single‑country plans and 334 multi‑country plans that cover China. The plans vary in price from $0.85 to $6, 726.55 and in data allowance from 100 MB to 50 GB. Roamix offers both fixed data amount plans and daily data cap plans, giving users flexibility depending on their usage patterns.
