SIMzip does not offer an unlimited data eSIM plan for China. Travelers who need a substantial amount of data can instead select from SIMzip’s fixed‑data options. For example, the China 40GB for 30 days plan is priced at $72.00 USD, and the China 20GB for 30 days plan costs $39.60 USD. These plans provide considerable data allowances but are not a replacement for unlimited data; choosing a fixed‑data plan can be more cost effective unless a user requires a very high data volume that would exceed the plan’s cap.

SIMzip does not provide a China eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. For travelers in China, SIMzip offers only data‑only eSIM plans. If you need to make calls or send messages while traveling, popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage can be used over the data connection because they do not require a local phone number or SMS service.
