WonderConnect does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for China. The only options available in China are fixed data plans that offer 5GB, 10GB, or 20GB of high‑speed data for a 30‑day validity period. For example, a 20GB plan costs $99.00 USD, a 10GB plan costs $48.75 USD, and a 5GB plan costs $37.00 USD, all allowing tethering and built on 5G networks.

Because the plans are fixed, they are often more cost‑effective for travelers who do not need to consume data extensively. A plan with a larger data allowance may be preferable only if the user is an extremely heavy data consumer.

WonderConnect does not offer eSIM plans for China that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are available, and travelers can use VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection; however, some destinations may block or restrict these apps, so it is advisable to verify that the services you rely on are accessible in China before purchasing.

WonderConnect offers a total of ten data plans that cover China, split evenly between single‑country and multi‑country options. Five single‑country plans are available for use solely in China, while five multi‑country plans include China among several other destinations.
