Saily does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data plan for Costa Rica. The plans that carry “UNLIMITED” in their name still have a 30GB cap and, once that data is used, the speed drops to 1024 kbps or, in some cases, 1 kbps. The fixed‑data options are available instead, such as the Costa Rica 20GB 30 days plan for $47.99 USD and the Global 30GB 90 days plan for $119.99 USD. Choosing a fixed data plan may be more cost‑effective for most travelers, unless they expect to consume very large amounts of data.

Saily does not offer a Costa Rica eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. All plans currently sold by Saily for this destination are data‑only.
