Keep On Roaming does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Croatia. All of the plans that carry “Unlimited” in their name actually offer a data cap of 1GB per day (for example, the Roam Like Home® Croatia Unlimited 30 days plan). After the 1GB limit is reached, the speed is reduced to the throttled rate specified in the plan’s features.
