Nomad eSIM Data Plans for Egypt

Nomad does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data plan for Egypt. All of its local offerings limit high‑speed data to 2GB per day, even on plans labeled “unlimited.” After the daily cap the speed is throttled, which is not the same as an unlimited data plan.

Travelers who need more data can choose one of Nomad’s fixed‑data options. For example, a 30‑day plan provides 10GB or 20GB of high‑speed data, and a 5‑day plan gives 2GB per day with no further limits. These plans include tethering permission and are valid for the specified number of days.

Nomad does not provide an eSIM for Egypt that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are available from this provider in Egypt. Travelers who need telephone or text messaging can use VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection granted by the eSIM.

Nomad offers nine single‑country plans for Egypt and fourteen multi‑country plans that include Egypt. The plans are priced between $6 and $99 and provide data limits ranging from 1 GB up to 20 GB.
