BNESIM eSIM Data Plans for French Guiana

BNESIM does not provide a true unlimited‑data eSIM for French Guiana. The only plan that contains the word “Unlimited” in its name, “French Guiana Unlimited 10 days”, actually supplies 3 GB of full‑speed data each day and then drops to 1 Mbps for the remainder of the period; it is a fixed‑data plan that resets every 24 hours.

Travelers who need larger data allowances can purchase fixed data plans such as the 100 GB options valid for 30 days or the 100 GB plans with no expiration. These plans deliver a substantial amount of high‑speed data before throttling takes effect and can be more cost‑effective for most users, especially compared to the short‑term “unlimited” label that does not grant truly unrestricted data.

BNESIM does not provide eSIM plans for French Guiana that include a local phone number or SMS capabilities. Travelers who need a phone number for calls and text messages will need to look for other providers that offer telephony services for this destination.

Instead, BNESIM offers data‑only eSIMs, allowing passengers to use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for calling and messaging. However, availability of these apps can vary; travelers should confirm that the services they rely on are accessible in French Guiana before purchasing a plan.

BNESIM offers 15 single‑country plans and 42 multi‑country plans that include French Guiana. The available options span a price range from roughly $5.12 to $763.34 and data allowances between 1 GB and 100 GB, with the majority being fixed data‑cap plans and a single daily data‑cap option.
