Promo Code
At the end it's scam. The support section in the app has no function. The unlimited sim gets blocked after 10GB of usage. It's waste of money. No reaction no nothing. Just don't buy it.
As others are writing, SIM cards get blocked without providing any valid reason. I was told I had used the SIM in a country I was hundred of kilometers away. Clearly they are lying. They are fraudsters. I hope they go to jail for this fraud.
- it works well with local providers, 5G
- the app is not that good though, you can’t see you esim data there, only purchase the plan; QR code is being delivered by email so you should have 2 devices to be able to install the eSIM
- the biggest surprise (negative) was the the plan is recurring, with no reminders it just renews for the next 29 days, no option to cancel in the app — need to email the support
Blocked e-sim without a reason.
First i used a promocode for 7% discount, After purchase the payment on my creditcard was without the discount. Not nice but i was too lazy to write the Support. But than i had a big problem i bought E-sim unlimited germany for 50$ was blocked after 9 of 30 days, because of use in unsupported countries. But i never leave the Country. I Think i was blocked after streaming some Movies so i used more data transfer. The support dosen’t help at all, in a other Reviews the Persons was blocked as well before data usage or time expire in germany.
Terrible.
I purchased a 300gb data sim for Germany, and at first I had to chase to get the qr code to install the esim. Then after 14 days I get an email saying that the operator (which happens to be O2 in the UK) has informed that I had reached my data limit. I checked and I had just reached 50gb. Not the sim is deactivated and there is nothing I can do.
Also, adult sites were blocked by default and there is no way to enable that! Lol
I am currently traveling in Europe and my UK data is no longer usable as I have exceeded my time limit abroad. Luckily, I Seen AirHub and have been using their eSIMs in three different countries, which has been extremely convenient and saved me from buying local SIMs every time. Additionally, their customer support is exceptional. I recently arrived in a new country and mistakenly did not install the new eSIM correctly. I contacted their support team and they were prompt, friendly, and efficient in helping me resolve the issue. I highly recommend AirHub!
Yes, Airhub offers unlimited data eSIM plans that include coverage in Germany as part of their Europe‑wide packages. The unlimited options start at $2.00 USD for a 1‑day validity, $15.50 USD for 10 days, $24.50 USD for 15 days, and $50.00 USD for 30 days. Each of these plans states that normal speed may be throttled; after heavy use the provider’s Fair Usage Policy can reduce speeds.
There is no plan that is labeled exclusively “Germany unlimited” with no additional countries. Travelers who need unlimited data while in Germany can choose one of the Europe‑wide unlimited plans, keeping in mind that speeds may be limited at higher data volumes and that users should confirm the Fair Usage Policy details with Airhub.
Airhub does not offer Germany eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM options are available from this provider for Germany.
If you need to make calls or send texts while traveling, you can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection that Airhub supplies.
Airhub offers a total of 35 data plans in Germany, split between single‑country and multi‑country options. The provider lists 10 single‑country plans and 25 multi‑country plans for the German market. The plans cover a price range from $2.00 to $50.00, with data caps ranging from 1 GB up to unlimited and validity periods from 1 to 30 days. Among the offerings, 32 plans provide fixed data amounts, while 3 plans feature daily data caps, allowing users to choose between a set amount of data for the entire validity or a daily quota that resets each day.
