“At the end it's scam. The support section in the app has no function. The unlimited sim gets blocked after 10GB of usage. It's waste of money. No reaction no nothing. Just don't buy it.”
“As others are writing, SIM cards get blocked without providing any valid reason. I was told I had used the SIM in a country I was hundred of kilometers away. Clearly they are lying. They are fraudsters. I hope they go to jail for this fraud.”
“- it works well with local providers, 5G
- the app is not that good though, you can’t see you esim data there, only purchase the plan; QR code is being delivered by email so you should have 2 devices to be able to install the eSIM
- the biggest surprise (negative) was the the plan is recurring, with no reminders it just renews for the next 29 days, no option to cancel in the app — need to email the support”
“Blocked e-sim without a reason.
First i used a promocode for 7% discount, After purchase the payment on my creditcard was without the discount. Not nice but i was too lazy to write the Support. But than i had a big problem i bought E-sim unlimited germany for 50$ was blocked after 9 of 30 days, because of use in unsupported countries. But i never leave the Country. I Think i was blocked after streaming some Movies so i used more data transfer. The support dosen’t help at all, in a other Reviews the Persons was blocked as well before data usage or time expire in germany.”
“Terrible.
I purchased a 300gb data sim for Germany, and at first I had to chase to get the qr code to install the esim. Then after 14 days I get an email saying that the operator (which happens to be O2 in the UK) has informed that I had reached my data limit. I checked and I had just reached 50gb. Not the sim is deactivated and there is nothing I can do.
Also, adult sites were blocked by default and there is no way to enable that! Lol”
“I am currently traveling in Europe and my UK data is no longer usable as I have exceeded my time limit abroad. Luckily, I Seen AirHub and have been using their eSIMs in three different countries, which has been extremely convenient and saved me from buying local SIMs every time. Additionally, their customer support is exceptional. I recently arrived in a new country and mistakenly did not install the new eSIM correctly. I contacted their support team and they were prompt, friendly, and efficient in helping me resolve the issue. I highly recommend AirHub!”

Airhub offers several Germany eSIM plans that include a local phone number with inbound and outbound voice calling. Prices start at $24.50 USD and range up to $69.00 USD, all with a 30‑day validity period. The phone numbers are local German numbers with the dialing code +49, and calls can be received and made. The available plans do not list SMS capabilities, so unless the provider updates its offerings, Airhub’s Germany eSIM plans do not provide mobile text messaging. Users who need SMS service should verify the current details directly with Airhub.
Airhub offers 15 single‑country data options and 24 multi‑country options that can be used in Germany. The catalog’s price range is approximately $3.10 to $98.89, while data caps span from 1 GB up to unlimited. Single‑country plans provide a fixed amount of data for the full validity period, whereas multi‑country packages typically deliver a daily data quota or a total all‑in‑one allocation that can be shared across several destinations, making them convenient for travelers who hop between countries.
