“THE WORST SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My experience was terrible. The eSIM would not activate when I first tried to use it. I was stranded without service for nearly a week. The company's only solution was a 70% refund for the inconvenience. A week lost!
Finally, a different agent stepped in, gave me the correct instructions, and I was able to use the service only after a full week.
The problem is, I had an urgent need for connectivity during that week and was forced to buy a new eSIM elsewhere.
Who will compensate me for the money I spent and the week of stress and lost time? Why am I not being fully compensated for their failure? The usage warnings are completely inadequate. NEVER use this.”
