Astaroam eSIM Data Plans for Greece

Astaroam does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Greece. The plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their name actually give a fixed daily allowance of 3GB/day and, once that amount is reached, the speed is throttled to 1000kbps.

Travelers who need more data can choose from Astaroam’s fixed data plans, such as the Greece 50GB 30Days plan or the Greece 20GB 30Days plan, which offer larger data allowances for a set validity period and may be more cost‑effective for most users.

Astaroam does not provide a Greece eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capabilities; the provider only offers data‑only plans. Travelers who need voice or messaging support can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may block or restrict certain apps, so it is advisable to verify that the apps relied on are accessible in Greece before purchasing.

Astaroam offers 14 single‑country plans and 37 multi‑country plans for Greece. Prices start around $0.93 and go up to about $48.21, with data caps ranging from 1 GB to 50 GB. The provider provides both fixed data plans—where a set amount of data is allocated for the entire validity— and daily data cap plans that limit usage each day, offering flexibility depending on usage patterns.
