Airalo eSIM Data Plans for Indonesia

Airalo does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM plan for Indonesia. Every plan whose name includes “Unlimited” offers a 3GB daily allowance and, once that limit is reached, the speed drops to 1000 kbps. Travelers who require more data can choose from fixed‑data options, such as a 100 GB plan valid for 180 days at $89, or a 50 GB plan for 30 days at $59, which give larger data pools without a speed reduction. Selecting a fixed data plan may be more cost‑effective for users who consume a lot of data.

Airalo does not provide Indonesia eSIM plans that include a local phone number or SMS capability. All of Airalo’s Indonesia data‑only eSIM offerings give you speed and connectivity but do not allow inbound or outbound voice calls or SMS messages. Travelers who need voice or text messaging can use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection, which work without a local phone number.

Airalo lists 18 single‑country plans and 35 multi‑country plans that cover Indonesia, a total of 53 data plans. These plans range in price from about $4.00 to $97.00 and provide data caps between 1 GB and 100 GB.
