Qrispy eSIM does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Mongolia. All of its Mongolia plans are pay‑as‑you‑go, with data credits ranging from 1GB to 10GB and no fixed validity period.
Because the data credit is not capped, travelers can top up additional credit whenever they need more data, which can be more cost‑effective than a fixed unlimited plan unless the user is an extremely heavy data consumer. For example, the 10GB plan offers roughly 10GB of data at the current local rate and can be used for as long as the balance remains.
Qrispy eSIM does not offer any Mongolia eSIM plan that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider’s Mongolia offerings are limited to data‑only eSIMs.
Travelers can still use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection to make calls and send messages, though some destinations may block or restrict specific apps or VoIP services. It is advisable to confirm the accessibility of the apps you need before purchasing a data‑only plan.
Qrispy eSIM provides a single pay‑as‑you‑go data credit for use in Mongolia, which can be purchased in a range of top‑up sizes that roughly translate to 1 GB up to 10 GB of data at the local rate. The cost of these credits varies from about $30 to $300, with the price per gigabyte decreasing as the top‑up amount increases. The data credit does not expire, so any unused balance can be carried forward to future trips. Tethering is permitted with this credit, and while the focus is on Mongolia, the same top‑up sizes can also be used in other countries covered by Qrispy eSIM.
