Horizon eSIM does not provide an unlimited data plan for the Netherlands. All of its plans for that country have fixed data caps, the largest of which is 100 GB for 180 days at $92.02 USD, and others that offer 50 GB for 30 days or 180 days at $32.18 USD. The plans are sold with a set validity period and do not include any “unlimited” option.

Choosing a fixed‑data plan can be more economical unless the traveler expects to use data at a very high volume.
