Kolet eSIM Data Plans for Peru

Kolet does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Peru. The plans labeled “Peru UNLIMITED” give 5GB of high‑speed data per day and then throttle the connection to 1024 kbps once that daily limit is reached, so the data cap is a hard limit.

Travelers who need more data can choose fixed‑data plans such as the 20GB for 30 days or the 10GB for 30 days, which offer larger data allowances at full speed for the entire validity period. These plans may be more cost‑effective unless a user requires unlimited usage. The validity of all Kolet plans starts when the eSIM first connects to a network.

Kolet does not offer a Peru eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIMs are available for that destination. Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but some destinations may block or restrict access to these services, so it is advisable to verify that the apps required for communication are accessible in Peru before purchasing a plan.

Kolet offers 13 single‑country plans and 10 multi‑country plans for Peru. These plans fall into two common types: daily data‑cap plans, where the data allowance resets after a day, and fixed‑data‑cap plans that provide a set amount of data for the entire validity period. Across the available plans the price ranges from about $4.49 to $77.40 while the data cap varies from 1 GB up to 20 GB.
