Saily eSIM Data Plans for Puerto Rico

Saily does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Puerto Rico. All of its plans list a specific data cap in the Data cap column, and none of the caps are marked as unlimited. The plans that include “UNLIMITED” in their name actually provide 30 GB of high‑speed data; after that amount the speed is throttled (for example, to 1000 kbps or 1 kbps).

If a traveler needs a large data allowance, Saily offers fixed data plans such as the Puerto Rico 20 GB 30‑day plan for $36.99 USD or the Global 30 GB 90‑day plan for $119.99 USD. These plans give a clear data limit and validity period, and can be more cost‑effective for most users compared to a plan that throttles after a fixed amount.

Saily does not offer a Puerto Rico eSIM plan that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Travelers can purchase only data‑only plans for Puerto Rico. For voice and messaging, users may rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the mobile data connection, although the availability of these services can vary and customers should check that the apps they need work in Puerto Rico before buying a plan.

Saily provides a mix of single‑country and multi‑country options for Puerto Rico. Five plans are sold exclusively for Puerto Rico, and among the 15 multi‑country bundles Saily offers, several include Puerto Rico as a destination. All plans use fixed data amounts; there is no daily data‑cap model. Prices range from $3.99 to $159.99, while data limits span from 1 GB up to 30 GB.
