eSIMPal does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for travel in Taiwan. Travelers who need a large amount of data can choose from fixed‑data plans, such as the 100GB plan valid for 120 days or the 50GB plan also valid for 120 days. Because these fixed plans offer a significant data allowance at a set price, they can be more economical for users who consume a lot of data, while those who require true unlimited data would need to look elsewhere.

eSIMPal does not provide a Taiwan eSIM with a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are available for that destination.

Travelers can still stay in touch using VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage, which operate over the data connection and allow calls and messaging without a local phone number.

eSIMPal offers eight single‑country data plans for Taiwan, while no multi‑country plans are currently available. The single‑country offerings vary in price from roughly $2.60 up to $236.00 and provide data caps ranging from 1 GB to 100 GB, with validity periods between 30 and 120 days; many of the plans also allow tethering.
