Truphone eSIM Data Plans for Taiwan

Truphone does not currently have an unlimited data eSIM for Taiwan. Travelers looking for a data‑only option can choose from several fixed‑cap plans. For example, a 5GB plan valid for 30 days or a 2GB plan also valid for 30 days are available; a smaller 1GB daily plan offers even more flexibility. All of these options cover Taiwan and an additional 112 countries.

Selecting a fixed data plan can often be more cost‑effective than an unlimited alternative, though it may not suit extremely heavy data users who require a truly unlimited connection.

Truphone does not provide a Taiwan eSIM that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. The provider only offers data‑only eSIM plans for travelers, which can be used with VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage to make calls and send messages over the data connection.
