Customer support slowly but finally responded: full refund as store credit - valid for one year. Thus, not feeling so bad with the purchase.

Bad! Bad! Bad!
1. At the capital, on street open sky, connection down speed is in single digit Mbs, upload in hundreds kbs.
2. Going out on highway and attraction areas: just like 2G - if there is connection.
3. Sending emails to support, for 2 full days: no response.
4. Bought a 20Gb/60 days eSim: asked for partial refund of remaining dara: silent so far.

Don't be fool, like me, for the low price.

Actually i bought a package at a local viettel store: better connection and cheaper for 60 days.
