CloudOn eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Austria

CloudOn eSIM does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Austria. All plans labelled “Austria Unlimited” give a fixed high‑speed allowance of 3 GB per day and, after that amount is used, the speed is throttled to 1000 kbps. These are fixed data plans rather than unlimited ones.

Travelers who need large data allocations can consider the fixed data plans that CloudOn offers, such as the Austria 50 GB 30 days plan for $41.49 USD or the Austria 20 GB 30 days plan for $10.99 USD, which provide a fixed amount of high‑speed data for 30 days.

CloudOn eSIM does not provide a phone number or SMS capability for Austria. The only plans available from this provider are data‑only eSIMs. Travelers who want to make voice or text communications can use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should confirm that these services are accessible in Austria before purchasing, as some destinations may block or restrict certain apps or VoIP traffic.

CloudOn provides 12 single‑country plans that cover Austria and 24 multi‑country plans that include Austria among their destinations, for a total of 36 distinct eSIM options. The single‑country bundle choices offer anywhere from 1 GB to 12 GB of data and are priced between roughly $3.99 and $59.99, while the multi‑country bundles span a wider data range from 1 GB up to 50 GB and are available for prices between about $3.99 and $126.99. In addition to fixed‑data‑cap plans, CloudOn also sells daily‑cap packages, which provide a set amount of data every day rather than a single, cumulative allotment.
