MTX Connect eSIM Data Plans for China

MTX Connect does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for China. The available plans use fixed data allowances, the largest of which is a 10 GB plan valid for 30 days. Another example is a 4 GB plan lasting 14 days. These fixed‑data options cover China and many additional countries. For travelers who consume very large amounts of mobile data, a fixed plan may be more cost‑effective than a high‑price subscription for an unlimited plan, which MTX Connect does not currently offer.

MTX Connect does not offer any China eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability.
All China eSIM plans from MTX Connect are data‑only; you cannot receive or send standard voice calls or SMS. Popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage work over the data connection and can be used for messaging and voice communication without a traditional phone number.

MTX Connect offers four multi‑country eSIM plans that cover China; there are no single‑country plans for that market. The plans vary in price from about $4.13 to $35.48 and in data from 350 MB up to 10 GB. The differing data caps allow travellers to choose a plan that matches their usage needs, with cheaper options providing less data and more expensive ones offering larger allowances.
