CocoRoam eSIM Data Plans for Germany

CocoRoam does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Germany. All of its plans for Germany have a fixed data cap of 100GB.

Travelers who need a large data allowance can choose from CocoRoam’s fixed data plans. For example, the Germany 100GB 30d plan offers 100GB of data for 30 days at $56.70 USD, with 5G coverage and tethering allowed. Another option is the Europe 100GB 30d plan, which also provides 100GB for 30 days at $63.20 USD, covering Germany and 36 additional countries, with 5G and tethering. These fixed data plans can be more cost‑effective for most users unless they are extremely heavy data consumers.

CocoRoam does not provide an eSIM for Germany that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The available plans are data‑only, so travelers will not receive a local number for voice calls or text messages.

Travelers who need to communicate can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may block or restrict certain apps, so it is advisable to confirm that the services you rely on are accessible in Germany before purchasing a plan.

CocoRoam lists 31 single‑country data plans and 108 multi‑country plans across its catalog, with prices ranging from $2.60 to $233, data caps from 1 GB to 100 GB, and validity periods between 1 day and 180 days. The database does not provide a country‑specific breakdown, so the precise number of plans offered exclusively for Germany cannot be determined from the available data. Plans that include Germany would come from the single‑country catalogue, while any bundles that cover Germany as part of a multi‑country offering would be selected from the 108 multi‑country options.
