eSIMzio eSIM Data Plans for Germany

eSIMzio does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Germany. The plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their name actually have a daily data cap of 3 GB for Germany (5 GB for the broader Europe plans) and the speed is reduced to 1 Mbps after that amount is used each day.

Travelers who need a larger data allowance can choose from eSIMzio’s fixed data plans, such as the Europe 100 GB plan valid for 180 days or the Europe 50 GB plans valid for 7, 15, or 30 days. These plans offer a set amount of high‑speed data that must be used within the specified validity period and can be more cost‑effective for most users.

eSIMzio does not offer a Germany eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider sells only data‑only plans that provide internet access for a set validity period, with no inbound or outbound voice or text services.

Travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection to make calls and send messages. However, some destinations may block or restrict certain apps, so it is best to verify that the messaging and calling applications you rely on are accessible in Germany before purchasing a plan.

eSIMzio offers 12 single‑country data plans for Germany and 53 multi‑country plans that include Germany. The available plans range in price from about $2.03 to $228.06 and in data cap from 200 MB up to 100 GB. Some of the plans allow tethering and offer a reduced speed option of 1 Gbps.
