Halo eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Germany

Halo eSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Germany. The plans that carry the name “Unlimited” actually give 3GB of high‑speed data each day; after that amount the speed is reduced to 1 Mbps for the rest of the day, and the full speed returns the next day. This is a fixed daily allowance, not an unlimited data plan.

Travelers who need more data can choose fixed data plans such as the Germany 20 GB / 30 days plan or the Germany 10 GB / 30 days plan, both available on 5G networks. These plans offer a larger total data allowance and may be more cost‑effective for most users unless they are extremely heavy data consumers.

Halo eSIM does not provide a Germany eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider only offers data‑only plans for Germany. Travelers who need voice or messaging can use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should verify that these services are accessible in Germany before purchasing, as some destinations may block or restrict certain apps.

Halo eSIM offers 12 single‑country plans and 16 multi‑country plans for travel to Germany. Some options are priced per day, while others come with a fixed data allowance. Across the catalogue the price varies roughly from $2.63 to $82.62, with data limits between 1 GB and 20 GB and validity periods that can be as short as 3 days or as long as 30 days.
