Roamingo does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Germany. The plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their names are capped at 2 GB of high‑speed data—either 2 GB in total for a 1‑day plan or 2 GB per day for the multi‑day options. After the cap is reached, the speed is reduced, so the plans are not unrestricted.

If an unlimited plan is not required, Roamingo offers fixed‑data alternatives. For example, a 10 GB plan for 30 days costs $16.40 and a 5 GB plan for 30 days is $9.10. Smaller packages such as 3 GB for 30 days ($5.50) and 2 GB for 15 days ($4.00) are also available. These fixed plans can be more cost effective for travelers who do not need high‑speed data beyond the specified limits.

Roamingo does not provide eSIM plans with a local phone number or SMS capability for Germany. Travelers can still use Roamingo’s data‑only eSIMs and rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage for voice and messaging over the internet.
