Wiiline’s plans that use “Unlimited” in the name are not truly unlimited. They provide 1GB of high‑speed data a day, after which the speed is reduced to 500–512 kbps. The data cap is therefore limited, and the plan is not suitable for heavy data usage.

For travelers who need more data without speed throttling, Wiiline offers fixed‑data plans such as 100 GB for 90 days, 100 GB for 180 days, 80 GB for 365 days, and 50 GB for 30 days. These plans provide a larger data allowance at a fixed price, and can be more cost‑effective for heavier data consumers.

Wiiline does not provide a Germany eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The only available options from Wiiline for Germany are data‑only plans. Travelers can still use messaging and calling services through VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage, which operate over the data connection.
